News / Know yourself. Know life.
As part of the “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence” campaign, a training session for 9th-grade girls was held on November 28 at the Domestic Violence Department of the Kyzylorda Regional Police Department. School psychologist B. Abieva and department specialists participated.
During the event, the participants discussed self-esteem, personal boundaries, safe behavior skills, and making important life decisions.
In line with the concept of “knowing yourself is knowing life,” the training session focused on increasing the girls’ inner strength and self-confidence.
At the same time, the traditional proverb “If you respect yourself, others will respect you” clearly illustrated the main idea of the event and helped the participants understand the importance of recognizing their own worth and making the right decisions.
