A Healthy Step Toward Life
As part of World Health Day, educational sessions titled “A Healthy Step Toward Life” were held for 3rd-grade students, based on the comprehensive educational program “Adal Azamat.” The objective of the event was to explain to students the importance of health, proper nutrition, maintaining a daily routine, and avoiding harmful habits.
During the sessions, students were introduced to the fundamental principles of a healthy lifestyle and actively participated through various Q&A exchanges, games, and activities. They learned to distinguish between beneficial and harmful habits and shared their thoughts regarding the importance of physical activity.
It was emphasized that maintaining one’s health is a primary responsibility for every individual,
and the principle that “Health is the greatest wealth” was widely promoted.
