A spiritual education evening entitled “The Thoughtful Son of Otriar” was held in the library of Secondary School No. 176. Organized by City Library No. 1 in honor of the 1155th anniversary of the birth of the great scholar and shining star of Eastern philosophy, Abu Nasr al-Farabi.
The goal of the event was to provide students with in-depth information about al-Farabi’s life, his invaluable contributions to science, and his place in human civilization. It also sought to popularize spiritual values ​​and foster the younger generation’s interest in education.
During the evening, students familiarized themselves with the scholar’s works, read his reflections, and enjoyed a book exhibition. Additionally, an exchange of views on the legacy of our wise ancestor, known as the “Second Teacher,” was organized.
