Health is the most important value.

The first week of the ten-day event—dedicated to the theme “Health: Our Most Important Value”—continued with a series of open lessons.
Sh. Yesirkepova and O. Bazarbayev, who conducted open physical education lessons for the 4th grade, introduced students to various ball-handling techniques and gave them an introduction to football.
During open lessons for grades 7 and 8—themed “Creative Activity in Play”—N. Ubayev, S. Kanibek, and N. Altybayev demonstrated different running styles and methods for dribbling the ball during gameplay. The physical education teachers were also able to incorporate individualized instruction on the subject matter during these sessions.
Engaging, game-based activities focusing on health and various physical exercises were creatively organized during the lessons led by A. Zhuas, N. Kabadulla, and O. Kenishbay, who conducted open sessions on the theme “Physical Education Outdoors” for grades 1, 2, and 3. These lessons clearly demonstrated the students’ keen interest in the subject and their active participation.

Open lessons for students in grades 5 through 7—themed “Designing and Conducting Our Own Games”—were also organized in a highly engaging manner by N. Amangeldy and R. Tulegenov.
Throughout the week of open lessons, all activities took place on the sports grounds within the schoolyard. During these sessions, the teachers successfully complemented the theoretical aspects of the subject with practical exercises, games, and instructional techniques.
The second week of this ten-day program will continue with sports competitions—including relay races, games, and subject-specific activities—as well as engaging and stimulating “fun breaks.”
