Ideally, 15 minutes.
Parents of students in Class 5-A at Secondary School No. 176 spent meaningful time with their children, engaging in a variety of activities as part of the “15 Minutes of Morality” initiative. The objectives of the “15 Minutes of Morality” event were: to strengthen parent-child relationships; to foster greater parental involvement in their children’s upbringing; to create opportunities for spiritual bonding through personal interaction; and to highlight the importance of family values and moral education.
The parents of the class deepened their spiritual bonds by engaging in one-on-one conversations with their children, reading books together, playing the dombra (a traditional instrument), practicing beadwork and embroidery, and completing various other engaging tasks. This initiative enhanced mutual understanding and trust between parents and children, while also serving as a vivid demonstration of the vital importance of upbringing.
“15 Minutes of Morality” acts as a golden bridge connecting parent and child. Even a brief period of time can illuminate a child’s heart and teach them to think with wisdom. If every parent dedicates these 15 minutes to the upbringing of their children, our society will undoubtedly secure a bright future and raise a generation of high moral character.
