On January 24, an extracurricular event was held at Secondary School No. 176 for students in grades 5 and 6, dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of Zhambyl Zhabayev—a towering figure in Kazakh poetry and a poet of profound wisdom.

During the event, the students: learned about the poet’s life journey;

analyzed his works, recited his poems, and engaged in group, pair, and individual activities;

participated actively and demonstrated their knowledge through the use of interactive methods such as “Poem Continuation,” “Brainstorming,” and “Gallery.”

This initiative served to heighten the students’ interest in poetry and enabled them to grasp the values ​​of patriotism, unity, and heroism embodied in Zhambyl’s verses.

The legacy of the great poet Zhambyl remains our eternal spiritual wealth!
