On May 18, a lesson titled “Safety: Our Foremost Value” was held in Class 5-B.
During the lesson, students watched a video clip on safety rules and engaged in a guided discussion regarding various scenarios. The students were divided into groups and actively participated in completing a series of tasks.
Section: “Pictures Speak”
Using provided images as prompts, the students expressed their thoughts and exchanged views on safety regulations. Each group analyzed a specific image and explained the appropriate course of action for the situation depicted.
Section: “First Aid”
Students responded to prompts regarding the necessary steps to take when administering first aid. They shared their knowledge concerning various emergency situations and discussed the correct procedures to follow.
Activity: “Think and Act!”
At the conclusion of the lesson, students were presented with fill-in-the-blank exercises displayed on a screen. The students thought through the problems, identified the appropriate missing words, wrote them down, and demonstrated their grasp of the material. This activity enhanced their attentiveness and helped them commit the safety rules to memory.
The lesson proved to be highly interesting, engaging, and beneficial. The students gained a deeper understanding of the vital importance of safety rules in everyday life.
